I am absolutely sure if a white player called a black player the n word all he’d be saying is people make mistakes. What Kyrie did isn’t a small thing. A bad series doesn’t mean you’re a bad player. but Kyrie himself led the team to the seeding that got them those easy match ups after he got hurt. Kyrie also isn’t the one who made the nets trade all their assets for Harden, then harden quits on the team, throws games and demands a trade. I can keep going on and on. And that cavs team wasn’t very good at all, Lebron was just a monster individually that year. Again anyone can admit Kyrie played bad that ONE series against a GREAT defensive bucks team, but so did everyone else, and every other year there’s been a lot of context the media ignore so that Kyrie looks even worse. Kyrie just recently averaged 27ppg on 50-40-90 and is one of 5 guys to ever even come close to that (25+ on 50/40/90) so to say that he doesn’t contribute to winning just because of out of context Wikipedia stats is bogus and disingenuous. Nick has hated Kyrie for a long time because downplaying Kyrie makes Lebron look better.

Lol, no one is bringing up the 2016 run to talk about current Lebron though. No one is like "well his 2016 success means Bron can be the best player in the world now". At best, people are bringing up his 2020 ring to talk about his capacity to play right now. If we're talking about overall legacy then of course it is brought up and then it will be for kyrie as well. But the context is how is a player going to impact a team right now based on recent history and so yeah, in both cases, 2016 shouldn't be brought up and it frankly isn't being mentioned with respect to Bron.

The prob with people like Kyrie is that instead of having to own up to being wrong.... he has millions of dollars, an enabling organization, and most importantly legions of other admiring idiot yes men on the internet making him out to be a hero. I feel like most people would have trouble doing the right thing if they were so lavishly rewarded for doing wrong. Joe Tsai needs to hold his own nuts and make tough decisions.

How was kyrie wrong? Are Jewish record labels wrong for promoting Black Death through rap songs? Are Jewish movie studios wrong for promoting Black Death and slavery in movies? But if I glorify Jewish bodies being burned up in a concentration camp I would be wrong right?? I’ve yet to see a mainstream movie glorifying and promoting Jewish bodies being burned to crisp like I see black slaves being brutalized in movies.

Kyrie needs to meet with the ADL to sort this situation out? Just remember, everyone. There's only 1 group of people in the world who are so abhorrent they need both national laws and coalitions just to make it illegal to hate them. Let me get this straight, Kyrie is a problem because he posted something to his personal social media that someone a report decide to turn into national media story and it's Kyrie fault. Lets not for get that he is currently averaging 30 pts per game. Don't just listen to the talking heads pay attention to the smear game that they deploy. Now nick is questing is he is a good player., if it me or does anyone else smell an agenda.

@SuperfanK2 жыл бұрын
If anyone posted a link to a video with anti-semitic sentiments they'd also be questioned on it. It irresponsible. He's a problem because he wants to use his platform to "put stuff our there" but doesn't want to answer any questions about it when it's brought up. Doesn't wanna have a conversation about it. Nick questioned whether he's a great player not a good one. He isn't a great player. He has great talent. If you can't see the issue with someone with his following posting something that inflammatory and problematic, without having to answer for it, there's nothing left to say.
