I stumbled upon this series by 杨博士,it is very informative and I like it very much. I can understand the doctor’s delivery in Mandarin , only find those medicines/chemicals/scientific terms in Chinese difficult to understand or remember. Just wondering whether the English terms can be displayed along side the Chinese terms. That would be very helpful 😊

Thank you very much for your prompt response and initiative. 😍🙏 I am confident it is very useful and informative to a wider circle of viewers like myself who are more familiar with English scientific terms. I have to pause the video many times in order to search the equivalent English term for better understanding, can be challenging and time consuming as I am not very well verse in hanyi pinyin or typing in chinese @@siweijiankang 🙏

Very informative and clear , since we can hardly avoid intaking processed food, the best way to safeguard our health might be to eat less , add as much as variety in foods, and don't tense up for trivial things. Thank you.

People misunderstood processed food. If you are not in the agriculture industry you do know what "processed" means. In that industry Why must have processor? Because food need to processed to be edible or for long shelf life. You can't just eat raw material, is not a fruit. Rice need to process by many machines, you not going to eat rice paddy. Brown rice is the same, no less processing. Canned food is not bad, this methods is for long shelf life, is better than fresh food that can go bad. If processed food is bad why feed baby with milk powder, is processed. So it is the wrong understanding. It should be the additive you need to check.

@@wonghow I'm down for your point. There's a thin line between deep processed food and slightly version. Speaking of addictiveness, it's more than the substance we eat but the economic reason behind it. Poor people can only consume food with long expiration date cuz they're cheap, and so lead to various health issue due to lack of variety.

@@watchfan89355509 There is no difference in amount of processing, the result is no harm. Some food is opposite, without processing is poison, raw cashew for example. You do some of the same processing at home. Rice is more processed than canned fish, been through many machines. Both equally no harm
