1 tablespoon Sesame Oil 1汤匙 麻油
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce 1汤匙 酱清
1 tablespoon Hua Diao wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
1 Egg 1粒鸡蛋
3 tablespoon Crispy flour 3汤匙 脆浆粉
Ingredients 配料:
1 Big Red onion 1个 大洋葱
½ Green Capsicum ½粒 青灯笼椒
½ Red Capsicum ½粒 红灯笼椒
10 Lychees 10粒 荔枝
Sweet and Sour Sauce 番茄酱：
3 tablespoon Tomato sauce 3汤匙 番茄酱
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1½ tablespoon Sugar 1½汤匙 糖
1 tablespoon Plum sauce 1汤匙 酸梅酱
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
3 tablespoon Water 3汤匙 水
1 teaspoon Potato Flour 1茶匙 薯粉勾芡
