You made it look so easy and clear to understand. One of my favs. Glad I found your channel, the ZEPPOLES recipe caught my eye, being Italian. But I love Chinese and Thai food very much. My challenges are the sauces, dipping especially. I’m in love with the steamed dumplings sauce, I could drink it by the glass. Recipe for that? And that knife, WOW! Awesome. Probably five times the cost in the USA. How about drunken noodles? Love that too!

I always end up with 2 or more shade darker doing double fry..hahaha so, I just let the meat fry to a golden brown and drain the oil and add the veggies. Sometimes, I throw in some cube sweet potatoes and separate them for late snacks.. 👍

Your recipe looked so delish I had to try it. But let me say something about Asian cooking. I’ve cooked Chinese, Thai, etc and OMG, too many steps, dishes overflowing in my sink, stove all oily from frying, it’s more than I can handle. Take out, here I come. Pasta is way easier and quicker and being Italian I’m familiar with so many instant dishes that are wonderful. I really want to master oriental cooking, but don’t feel it’s worth all this mess. I’ll just have resist the temptation to try another dish.I’ll still follow you though.

lol yeah I heard it’s bad in Philippines. So you saw me throw egg shells and vegetable scraps. Like I explained few times already I’m cooking outdoors in a farm on my personal property. All the organic scraps are taken care of by Mother Nature. Inorganics go into trash bag for pick up.

Of course it’s not like this everywhere here but they’ve got just too big of a dependence on plastic. I’m the one cloth bag freak at the grocery store. Everyone looks at me like here comes the plastic nazi. Where im moving to though is the surfing capital and they really take care the best they can. Anyways, made the recipe tonight and turned out great. Thanks man!
