Wanted to give the vibe of the day from a tourist perspective . We departed at 11am and returned at 3:40pm and the cost was $75 .

It's true Expressway I-10 will run from Florida to California. I remember when my son first moved down to Fl. and him and his wife were having their 2nd baby .....my mother and I were trying to find the hospital. We got on expressway I -10 at first . We were lost . LOL!! We just followed the hospital signs that helped us get to the hospital where my grandson was born and we got there just in time . My son told me if we had kept going We'd ended up in California. LOL!! That's how I found out that that expressway would go all the way to California. Thanks Adam the Woo for sharing your video .

I'm from L.A. and just to see the houses the N.W.A. guys grew up in was awesome enough let alone the history of each neighborhood. I've been to a couple of those neighborhoods and never knew they had names. Great tour guide and great video! 100 Percent!!

Very Interesting Adam, I was born and raised in Orange Co and only traveled to LA 2 or 3 times. I did marry a man that worked for Pep Boys and he traveled to Compton area daily for many years. He was a Regional manager there.This was in the 70's and 80's. Around that time, there were people breaking out car windows at stop lights and grabbing purses. The gentleman that does these tours certainly knows the area. After all he has been through I wish him the best. Thank you for taking us along with you!

You and I kept looking at that window in the video, I got scared and you got scared. You started running to the ford van. I would take that van tour if in La., I dough I will ever be in La. We lived in Compton in a trailer park till 1962, I was too young to remember much. Thank God we moved to Anaheim, just down the street from Disneyland. We watched the fireworks before bed each night.

Was one of the tourist on the tour really trying to get involved in the fight? I heard the tour guide go, "No, don't do that!" Crazy if so, you are literally in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in America, don't even look in the direction of any local fights or activity.

I use to drive trucks in LA and would sometimes work in those neighborhoods, but Chicago and it's neighborhoods are by far worse. I never felt in danger driving all over these neighborhoods but you won't catch me in any southside Chicago neighborhood!

Dang, Adam, you went to where I was born & raised: Compton, CA (the east side). That’s pretty dope how that guy gives tours & doesn’t sugarcoat anything. I’m 46 years old & the tour guide is right about the Compton Swap Meet; the 80’s were pretty bad in general in Compton. Too bad the tour guide didn’t make a pit stop at Louis Burgers. That’s the best chili in town.
