Sorry I don't have only one. Recently did a list of 90 movies shot in anamorphic, and realized that a I love low key stylized anamorphic looks starting from Alien 1979, Blade Runner 1982, The hunger, Days of Thunder, Alien 3, Heat, Unbreakable, Sunshine, all Nolan movies, Fury, all the John Wicks, Blackhat, Rogue One, Atomic Blonde, The Discovery, Mandy, Upgrade, Uncut Gems, Kate, Cherry, Sisu, Bullet Train, The Batman, The Creator, among others. I like when daylight exteriors are darker, even if the sun is bright in a desert. It's great to hear Oren's vision, Christopher Probst's emotional value in lens technicality (Cine Lens Manual) and Linus Sandgren mindset of late analog films days influenced by modern looks.

This is an amazing interview for anamorphic nerds. I learned so much. I’d have to say my favorite anamorphic movie can change from time to time but right now I’d have to say the hateful eight. Pretty much any Tarantino or Paul Thomas Anderson film on anamorphic I like. I loooooove Rush Hour with all my heart and I didn’t realize until recently that film is anamorphic. Enhanced my viewing of it even more. And as for a film that I perceived as anamorphic that I found out wasn’t, is the Kill Bill volumes. Definitely thought those were CinemaScope but came to find out they were spherical. Same thing with No Country for Old Men.
