Another great video. What are the prices in the new development you looked at? My wife and I are looking up and down the Costa del Sol for our dream holiday home. Simply love your videos, both of you are the best!

Thank you Rob, the prices there are reasonable for what it is. We found a 3 bed house for around 300k and apartments start from 250k. Keep in mind that, there is always room for negotiation on second hand properties for around 10-15%. The closer you get to the beach, of course it’ll be more expensive. You do have to keep in mind that, this part of costa del sol is generally very quiet.

What about Mijas Golf? Tomorrow we are launching a new series in our channel, where we visit 3 properties (low budget, medium budget and high budget). La Linea just outside gib is very rough. always looked dirty and run down.

That’s exactly what we thought, every time we went to Gibraltar. Passing through it does look rough, but when visiting it really surprised us. It’s not 5 star but it is not horrible either in our opinion.

@@thepakspan Its actually not that bad, albeit it used to be much better honestly. It used to have a lot more smaller local businesses and shops as well as markets but over time due to rising cost of living and neglect, its gotten harder to keep that up sadly and a fair few have closed. The people there though are lovely as it really has a strong sense of community

انا كنت انتظر هذه المدينة انا مغربية ذهبت اليها في عطلة الصيف في1986كنتوا طفلة وقعدت فيها مع عائلتي 3 اشهر و تعرفنا على اصحاب هناك كانت عطلة لا تتعوض نهائيا لان ابي كان يشتغل في جبل طارق ولكن لا اتذكر اي شيء منها 🤔🤔 شكرا
