Jon: Hello! What's happening with this artwork? This is titled "La Nina Sorda Del Sol" in Spanish. It means “The Deaf Girl of the Sun” in English. What's the occasion with this painting?
Mike: Yes, this painting is being dedicated to Deaf Community Riverside. It has many purposes behind this painting. It's looking great so far and I'm really excited.
Jon: Once the painting is completed, does this mean it will be up for sale?
Mike: No, it belongs to Deaf Community Riverside and they are giving the honor to hand it to Riverside Art Museum (RAM) to display the artwork for the time being during the Deaf Awareness Month.
Jon: Wonderful! What if someone is interested to purchase, can they buy?
Mike: Yes, they can purchase them and they are in limited edition. We decided to print up to 15 prints. What will the prints look like? Can you be able to explain and show to us?
Jon: Yes it will be in the size of 20 x 11 included with the frame. This is an example of what it looks like. I will add my signature and the number 1/15 on each print. Once all the prints are being sold, you think we are done with the process? Not True! Where are 25% of the funds going to go?
Mike: Once the 15 prints are sold, the funds will go to Deaf Community Riverside which is non profit organization for a good cause!
Jon: So come and support us!
Mike: This is a competition because we have sold two so far. We have 13 left available so those will be sold in no time. Make sure you contact him.
