Yea you are right. Nucleus company did same with my Friend. He resigned and instantly company HR took some discplinary action and forced him to give resign without salary otherwise we will terminate you and take legal action against you. Aapka channel bahut hi achha hai.....Sir main jis company main kam karta hun wahan mujhe lagbhag 7 saal ho gaye hain. company march 2020 se lagataar meri salary 30% kaat rahi hai aur har 3 mahine baad badhane ka wada karke mukar ja rahi hai. aaj 21 may 2021 ko mujhe unpaid leave par jane ke liye bol rahe hain. jabki mere department main 5 log naye bharti kar diye hain. eske alawa aur department main bhi bahut hiring ho rahi hai. jabki jinhe april 2020 main unpaid leave par bheja tha unme se kisi ko bhi nahi bulaya unki jagah naye log le liye. humara kam online chal raha hai. esme company ne hume ghar main kaam karne ke liye computer aur internet bhi nahi diya wo bhi hum apna use kar rahe hain. march 2020 se november 2020 tak humne 12 ghante kaam kiya. sunday & suturday main bhi kaam kiya...aur bhi bahut kuch hai jo co ne unnecessary humare saath kiya. sir main aapse ye janna chahta hun ki mujhe aaj jo unpaid leave par bhej rahe hain, esme legally main kya kadam utha sakta hun. plz help

All companies gave the same answer that totally depends on your last salary. In other countries like US no one can ask for the details of the last salary of any person. But in India, there is no rule on that. And companies take advantage of that. Companies always ask for the details of the last salary and offer salary according to that, not according to the skills and experience. Please make a video on this topic.

You should have covered Private Companies in detail. You should've emphasized more on forced resignation by private companies. More on legal remedies available for employees who are unfairly fired by private companies. This is a very vast topic and this firing in private companies is a new trend and needs to explained in details, the legal remedies, the rebuttals when a HR says, if you resign it will be good, otherwise we will terminate you, blacklist you, your career will be over etc. People don't know what to do. Bohot log darke resign kardete hai, cos they are completely unaware of their rights. Hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

मान्यवर , हमें 32 मज़दूरों को 1 नंबर यूनिट से 5 नंबर यूनिट में ट्रांसफर किया गया है। ट्रांसफर केवल यूनियन से जुड़े मज़दूरों की ही की गई। दोनों यूनिट्स में 35 किलोमीटर का अंतर् है। लेकिन एक ही जिले सोलन (हिमाचल प्रदेश ) में है। ट्रांसफर व अन्य मामलों में 1 नंबर यूनिट की यूनियन लेबर कोर्ट में याचिका करता है। 5 नंबर यूनिट में कोई यूनियन नहीं है हम ने 5 नंबर यूनिट में ड्यूटी ज्वाइन कर रखी है। 1 नंबर यूनिट में हमारी सेवाशर्तें थी। यूनियन मैनेजमेंट के बीच हुआ तीन वर्ष के लिए समझौता , प्रमाणित स्थाई आदेश तथा नियुक्ति पत्र और दूसरे नोटिस। 5 नंबर यूनिट में हमारी सेवाशर्तो कोई समझौता नहीं ,मॉडल स्थाई आदेश तथा नियुक्ति पत्र और दूसरे नोटिस जो 5 नंबर यूनिट में इशू किये गए। ट्रांसफर के कारण हमारे पर बुरे प्रभाव पड़े। ट्रांसफर का कारण काम की ज़रूरत बताया गया था। प्रमाणित स्थाई आदेश तथा नियुक्ति पत्र के मुतबिक ट्रांसफर हो सकती है। लेकिन ट्रांसफर के कारण बुरे प्रभाव नहीं पड़ने चाहिए। 1 नंबर यूनिट में 200 से ज्यादा मज़दूर है और 5 नंबर यूनिट में 40 से कम इस लिए 5 नंबर यूनिट में कुछ कानूनों में छूट है। मैनेजमेंट ने इसी बात का लाभ लेकर यूनिट 5 नंबर में lockdown के बाद ले ऑफ लगा दी थी। कंपनी के 2 नंबर के यूनिट को 2008-2009 में बंद किया गया तथा 4 नंबर के यूनिट को 2013-2014 में बंद किया गया। अब कंपनी के 1 और 3 नंबर यूनिट्स ही चल रहे हैं। इन यूनिट्स में हमारे से जूनियर मज़दूर आज वी काम कर रहे हैं और वही काम होता है जो हम करते थे। हिमाचल में दो लेबर कोर्ट हैं एक शिमला दूसरा धर्मशाला। हमारे मामले शिमला लेबर कोर्ट के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आते हैं। लेकिन किसी कारण वश हमारे मामले धर्मशाला लेबर कोर्ट में है। एक मामला शिमला में वी है उस में अभी तक कोई कलेम पेश नहीं किया है। धर्मशाला से मामलों को शिमला ट्रांसफर करने के लिए माननीय हिमाचल हाई कोर्ट में केस लगा रखा है। माननीय हिमाचल हाई कोर्ट ने सभी मामले मीडिएटर के पास मध्यस्थता के लिए लगा रखे हैं। मामलो के लंबित रहते हुए मैनेजमेंट ने यूनिट 5 नंबर को बंद कर दिया है। कृपया इन सवालों पर अपनी कानूनी राये जरूर दें। 1 क्या यूनिट 5 की मैनेजमेंट को ले ऑफ करने से पहले कोर्ट से अनुमति लेनी चाहिए थी ? यदि अनुमति लेनी चाहिए थी तो कहाँ से लेबर कोर्ट धर्मशाला या लेबर कोर्ट शिमला या माननीय हिमाचल हाई कोर्ट से ? यदि अनुमति नहीं लेनी चाहिए तो मज़दूरों को क्या करना चाहिए ? 2 क्या यूनिट 5 की मैनेजमेंट को यूनिट को बंद करने से पहले कोर्ट से अनुमति लेनी चाहिए थी ? यदि अनुमति लेनी चाहिए थी तो कहाँ से लेबर कोर्ट धर्मशाला या लेबर कोर्ट शिमला या माननीय हिमाचल हाई कोर्ट से ? यदि अनुमति नहीं लेनी चाहिए तो मज़दूरों को क्या करना चाहिए ? 3 मामलो के लंबित रहते हुए मैनेजमेंट ने अनुमति नहीं ली अब मज़दूरों /यूनियन को किस कोर्ट में जाना चाहिए लेबर कोर्ट धर्मशाला या लेबर कोर्ट शिमला या माननीय हिमाचल हाई कोर्ट में या लेबर विभाग में ? 3 क्या सभी यूनिट नंबर 5 के मज़दूरों की तरफ से यूनिट नंबर 1 की यूनियन केस कर सकते हैं ? 4 यदि इस के इलावा भी कोई राये है तो जरूर दें। 5 क्या मज़दूर ट्रांसफर का केस जीत सकते हैं ?

I worked for a private company and they terminated me bcuz of corona pandemic and they didn't even pay me basic salary though I worked for 40 days, and when I asked my salary they said if we terminate we are not supposed to give money. They also threatened me that they I will not be able to get job if I complain are do something against them. Fed up of theses Pvt companies
