My friend was ranting to me about this anime all the time when she first watched it. I never heard of it and honestly kinda toned out most of what she said because the plot sounding cringy, even for middle school me. That was until my friend came to me and told me with the heartbreak, betrayal, and utter confliction of someone going through the stages of grief, “They’re siblings.” I actually paid attention this time to what she said, but mostly questioning why she watched it and convincing her to drop it.
