US Flag Code part D: The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. US Flag Code part J: No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform.

The problem with some places is that good officers can't be good because of the trash officers that desire the power of the badge. Finally with body cams it's forcing officers to be the kind of example that was always ment to be. Then their is these moments they slip up hard being caugh for the style of bullying they must have been like in High school. Now with a badge and gun. These kinds of officers depict a huge problem. Some are childish, arrogant, power hungry, and looking for a problem to enjoy harming others the way they always wanted to. Also I was a security guard. I was feeling the corruption in that as well. The protect and serve isn't what seems to be true. Now with body cameras some are scared their unlawful behavior or bullying style is going to be caught.

I think the time I was most frightened was in Florissant Missouri, I was washing clothes in a laundromat (while on the road) and at the time I rolled my own cigarettes, being the cheapest smoking option and being on the road for an unknown time going forward. Two cops started tearing my backpack apart BECAUSE I HAD ZIG ZAGS... I liked ZZ's because the crappy tobacco I could afford tasted better without the flavor of burnt paper in it... one cops was frantically shredding my backpack and everything in it, repeating over and over in a panicked manner, HE HAS ZIGZAGS, HE MUST HAVE POT! Over and over until everyone in the laundromat surrounded us, at which point one of the cops woke up to the spectacle they were presenting to the fellow Missourians... and literally had to PULL THAT NUT CASE OFF MY BACKPACK... I am guessing without the crowd I would likely have been treated just like that backpack. A very nice lady gave me a shirt that was NOT torn to wear. I swear to this by all that is true. I then left Missouri far and fast as I could. Can't say Texas isn't worse, can't say it's any better. Oh, this was in the early seventies.

@MCHAMMER certainly a librarian can be uncomfortable with someone filming them. Unfortunately they work in a publicly funded building, in a country that allows its citizens to record any public official. As long as the person recording isn't recording personal information where privacy is expected. As these four officers learned through unpaid suspensions based on their behavior during this episode. It's legal to film in public. A library with only a few exceptions is a public place, even if it makes a librarian uncomfortable.

Thats the thing man it's easy to take the "they're just starting crap and harassing police" stance. But the fact is they're doing nothing at all wrong and by doing nothing at all wrong, they either show the strengths of the topic at hand allowing us to trust and commend them, or their weaknesses allowing us to be more careful. They weed out the ones we do need to worry about, and allow solid police who are doing a great job to just showcase their abilities and themselves and make their communities proud.

I've seen THOUSANDS of police interaction videos over the years and THIS one is simply astonishing from start to finish... Every officer behaved so childishly... Like a bunch of toddler bullies on the playground! Just... WOW! 🤦‍♀️

He shouldn’t of had any of his pay taken that young lad set out in order to cause chit basically and then film it all & post it to his stupid channel with no thought to wasting tax payers money or valuable time . Whoever that young man is he needs to go to prison for that . To set out in order to cause trouble & have everybody need to listen to it all as YOU KNOW THE LAW BUT WANT TO POST IT TO UR STUPID KZbin & we’ve really serious things happening where men are needed to help to support ppl and they’ve had to go there and get set up by some young lad for con views for a silly channel but knowing he’s trying to set you up so he can sue you ? Little bad bas#%# This isn’t anything to do with the law but stupid KZbin views and trying to sue for cash 💰 When there’s no more police 👮‍♀️ all of you lot all applauding their abuses YOU REMEMBER THIS HOW YOU ALL LAUGHED . When you need these services and when you can’t get them anymore
