Thank you so much for asking about lactate moving from muscle to muscle. I've been wondering about it for weeks now. I still don't fully understand it, but you're the first person that I've seen ask Inigo about this. I'll watch that part of this video a couple more times and then continue looking for other pieces to the puzzle until I understand it. Any other sources of info that anyone has would be appreciated. Did you say at the end of the video that lactate acid can be shuttled by non working muscles when doing high intensity intervals such as in the shoulders etc

So if you have cancer is it safe to say you shouldn’t do zone 5 training due to the high levels of lactate which is acidic. Cancer thrives in an acidic environment. Would Zone 2 training be the preferred training zone for someone diagnosed with cancer? Thank you 🙏🏻

Lactate isn't acidic. Lactate production is a net consumer of hydrogen ions.
