This film really deserves at least one Oscar, if not several. Everyone did so well in it. Adam did an understated performance of a shy man who fell in and out of love. Lady Gaga was so real as this character, I almost felt like I've met her. Jared Leto completely stepped out of himself. Al Pacino had some powerful moments in the movie, I heard an audience member sob during his final scene. And Salma provided some unexpected humor while playing the role seriously. Pretty much a perfect cast.

I asked myself while watching the movie. Would Jared’s performance be as good if he actually looked like his character and there was no physical change. I can honestly say IF Jared’s accent and emotion had been off even slightly, I would say It wouldn’t matter. However, Jared makes his character make you feel hopeless and feel a ton of emotions and pity for him. Therefore, Jared nailed it! The creative team nailed the look. Jared had so many emotions on his face with all of the heavy prosthetics. His face must have been tired!❤️
