I dont know if this is the right name for it but could you show us how to do a Barrel roll kong vault. from what I can gather its a newer move where one dose a horizontal 360 spin during there dive into kong vault. Looks badass but really hard to do/teach/learn. Definitely an advanced move

Get a friend and be weirdos together. Outside is the only real way to parkour. Also if someone thinks it's weird to do/fail at sports in public they can go back to their sofa and be fat.

Just for help. A barrel vault is a double leg and one handed reverse vault combined. You don't have to know how to do a double leg. Just how to approach one.
