Great to see your face after listening to your voice while doing your Buteyko breathing exercise video for the past few months. Your videos are greatly appreciated my friend, sorry do not know your name.

@@TAKEADEEPBREATH Nice one Mike, I am in Scotland, I,m guessing you are maybe from Manchester, or near there ? I cannot thank you enough for the Buteyko breathing video you did, I work along with it most days. The first time I did it I was like floating on a cloud for an hour after it ! LOL ....................... I was doing the Wim Hof thing for a while, but in all honesty I feel I get so much more from the Buteyko breathing.................. It's so funny, I can tell if I am having a great or a good session by when you say "your mouth may be salivating now" and usually that is when it does.................. I just noticed you have some other cracking guests and interviews, so I will watch them. Thank you again Mike and keep up the great work.

Back to the sauna talk I got a folding sauna I seen UFC guys use And it works great doesn’t get as hot as a regular sauna I believe the hottest I got it up to 147 it is dry infrared heat so there’s no watery mess to clean up those steam ones tend to get mildewy but this was a great podcast laird is awesome and I love his coffee creamers and his coconut water it’s actually pretty reasonable price if my favorite creamer is the Cocoas

Only thing I would have liked to hear more about is his thoughts on Buteyko VS wim hoff style breathing, he talked about increasing volume and yet Buteyko recommends reduced breathing. Would have been nice to hear his views on both and what he does more of. When you mentioned them at the beginning, you talked only about altitude training instead of getting into the difference in methods. But wonderful interview and I absolutely love your channel. Love how you pronounce his name with your accent!!

@@TAKEADEEPBREATH another surf documentary that's more entertaining and features laird is endless summer 2. It is also here on KZbin. Mr breath man you have a platform and a moral obligation to start calling stuff out. The tyranny going on in the world for a virus with less than 1% mortality rate. If this was about health things like breath work and improving immunity would be promoted but they are not. Where I am in lockdown all the small healthier eating places are forced to close yet, McDonalds and burger king are allowed to stay open. There are many doctors calling this out. Find one and have them on your show. People are starving to death in Bali because of this orchestrated bs. In England the average age for a covid death is 85. The average life expectancy is 84. Nothing makes sense here. Stand up!

@@TT-jy2db Amen to that. All the junky fast food places where I live, as well as big box stores haven't been closed once. The small mom and pop stores have been decimated though. Wish more people would revolt!!

Hi, I have a question about cold showers if you don’t mind? I have been doing a three minute cold shower now for quite some time, part of my morning routine. However sometimes it takes a good few hours/half a day to get properly warm again. You feel it more in the winter months... do you have any advice? PS keep up the great work in the channel

Nothing new about nose breathing my farther who was a track cycling coach was a stickler for it when I was growing up in the sixties what a pain he was when I was young, but the benefits gained through my own sports and life was/is very beneficial.
