On your prop selection video from 1 year ago you say by raising the engine one hole my permanently mount 200 Verado's 17P 3-Blade Vengeance would be like having a 19P. OK 19P in that there would be more top speed or 19P in that there will be less RPM?

U have 2 things going on....first find out what engine height the boat handles at best...you would move engine height because of porpoises or other handling issue.... forget top speed unless your racing Then you figure out what pitch you need based on rpm to max out the boat When you drop down in engine height you will generally also drop down in pitch to be the same rpm. IE--21 to a 19 when dropping 1 hole lower Lots of other factors are also at play and it will vary Look at mercury site they have a very good prop selector and info on their site Consulting a dealer that sells the boat or calling the manufacturer model is good too

So Steve, you don't use dipsys or Torpedos, besides riggers are you just controlling depth with copper and lead core
