Your rod doesn't have a fighting butt so I'm assuming it's a 6 wt? I would not have attempted anything under an 8 wt or 8lb floro with all those logs in the water. Pretty ballsy.
@FishAholicTV8 жыл бұрын
+pugilist102 yeah it was a 6wt I have another 8ft Sage but i forgot to put it in the car haha kind of decided to go last second so left in a rush. The last fish that I landed I bumped it up to 6lb and 6lb was definitely a little better then 4lb. Im so used to fishing 2lb for big trout in similar conditions so i like the challenge.

@FishAholicTV8 жыл бұрын

Nice video, did you just recently change to recording in 4k on your Go Pro?
@FishAholicTV9 жыл бұрын
+Hayden G Thanks, I started filming in 1080 60fps I used to film in 108030fps. So now at 1080 60fps my videos will have slightly better quality and resolution. Soon I will upgrade to 4k hopefully.

+fish aholictv well it looks great, the 60fps really upgrades the quality of the video.

Can I ask which tributary this is?
@FishAholicTV8 жыл бұрын
+Adrien R.P Sorry i wouldn't mind sharing the info but i was shown this spot from a friend of mine who spends countless hours fishing different tributaries and i was asked not to disclose the spot. Good Luck Fishing

Nice video, you should just have your friend with a net so you can get it off the hook quicker and catch more fish
@FishAholicTV9 жыл бұрын
+Dante “Fishing Texas” Aguilar Yeah a net would have been great haha but i guess you go with what you got.

"nice steelhead' more like nice fat trout, no such thing as ontario steelhead
@phylykxhoang74527 жыл бұрын
logan kondra-ross what do you mean no such thing as a Ontario steelhead
@John-xg2vj6 жыл бұрын
logan kondra-ross , who told you there is no such thing as an Ontario steelhead? Why don't you stop up to the Salmon River Hatchery and talk to the EO. You might learn something.
