Really appreciate these videos. Not a lot of returns on a quick search of the net. I found the hydro sweep fast but like the looks of the other tools you use also. Great to see them in action mixed with some helpful tips. Thank you..

Glad you found them helpful. I think lake Weed removal is an underserved niche so wanted to get some info out there to help people that are experiencing problems with lake weeds taking over. Seeing is believing and actually seeing how the tools work on video is better than Amazon reviews. There is no one perfect tool, but combined they can make for a great weed control strategy.

I wonder if I could tie these tools to my kayak and tow them back and forth around my dock? I dont think I can throw as far as you.

Might work ok with the razor cutter, I’m planning to get one. I tried using a rake from my kayak and as you can imagine it just pulled me over to where the rake got stuck.

@nickvuono2422 ah, yes, you need a solid base to pull a rake through. BUT, the kayak will be brilliant at collecting the cuttings after throwing the razor a few times. kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3XWhHp-j7udq6ssi=Pq8z1-eTNUYlNhp0 in that video you can see the floating mess of weeds after cutting work and I used a stand up paddle board to cruise around and pick stuff up. Kayak will be better and more maneuverable at that process. Good luck!

Nothing wrong with home made tools, they probably work even better.
