The point of signing to a two way is seeing how he does in the gleague. Let them evaluate him in solid stints in the gleague playing a specific role in the set system first. Lakers barely played 10 games in nba regular season there’s time. Rather give him solid consistent time in the gleague vs sporadic in consistent minutes on the normal roster. Also the political factor of nba refs not giving him calls in normal nba games let alone on the road. Quincy won’t grow sitting at the end of laker bench.

No reason not to bring him in soon to get some time on the floor. My guess is that he would be an upgrade over Gabe and JHS or worth at least half of Gabe’s minutes. Olivari has shown two way play so he is not just a shooter. But we won’t have all the info till we give him a true opportunity and zero risk with him on a two-way contract. lol he could even be a lead scorer off the bench at times, but he would also likely help Dalton by giving him little more space and take some of the gravity off of him.

@@gajemouje if you think Bronny is trash, simply being better than him is clearly not enough...there were tons of rookies ppl said were better than Bronny and they are, but what does it matter if you cannot crack the rotation on your team or you don't do much in the minutes you play...Also,as much I also like Quincy, no one drafted Quincy, no one, that says more about him and he might not be as good as you think in a full blown nba game...he should be better than Bronny he is like 4 years older...
