The thing so great about this movie was the underlying message of how the nerds were all accepting and became a close knit family despite it's 'fringe' elements.

One of the worst characters. The lone black character among the nerds is effeminate & gay? He was a walking stereotype. Hollywood has done this to death with black men in drag.
