Lol someone stole my 3 week-old ESP and I got it back from the police department after the "gentleman" tried to sell it at a GuitarCenter in Austin TX, about 5 hours away from my small town. He also waited like 6 months to try and sell it. I was so happy to get my baby back. It was returned to me in mint condition too, guess the piece of shit wanted to keep it nice to get as much money as he could for it. Needless to say, seeing the mugshot was super satisfying.

I love LoG, and I do it not only for the music. They are talented musicians, but they are really good people too. They had some personal issues and other stuff, of course, but they are not trying to kill each other and they support each other. And if you need to create something else, they allow you to do it, like Morton's album. It's not like Metallica and the Newsted trouble

Man that sucks! Not only having your gear stolen from you but a guitar that means so much to you is now in the hands of someone who could care less about it and is probably damaging it every day they have it!! In a lot of cases you don't get your merchandise back until after the case has gone to court and a ruling has been made and even then it can take awhile. From stories I have heard stuff still gets damaged while being held, I hope you guys get it ALL back and NOTHING is damaged and as for the thieves, may you rot in prison! I was remembering a story that Paul Stanley (of KISS) wrote in his autobiography of a time they had their gear stolen. They played a gig and when they got done all of their gear was put away and while they were removing their makeup and preparing to go to the next gig some jerkoffs came in there and stole ALL of their guitars and even amps if I remember right, it may have only been the guitars though. We are talking about Gibson Les Paul's and Flying V's here, NOT cheap instruments for sure!! So when they got to the next gig they did not have any guitars and if I remember right they had to go to a local instrument store and replace all of that equipment at THEIR expense! KISS was still a young struggling band at that time so something like that really did a lot of damage. According to him they have never seen those instruments again! Thieves suck! If you have ever had someone do something like this then you know how violated you feel and it is especially difficult when it's something like a special guitar.
