My son says if I ever can't walk into a show myself, he wiII wheeI me in. 😅 I started him with Tom Petty and classic rock and by age 2 he wouId teII me what to play. Anyone eIse in the car with us would just look at me when he would say, "Mom, put Tom Petty on, play Blakedown." He couldn't say his R's right but you could have a conversation with him about anything, I knew he meant "Breakdown". My sister was with us once and she was like, "Did he just ask you to play Tom Petty ?" And I said yeah, why ? 🤣🤣 He was my first, it was normal for me. He knew which number on the disc was what song better than I did. Now he's 30, I took him to see Breaking Ben, Three Day's Grace with Adam and Seether for an early 14th birthday present and he later said it was the best present ever. We've seen pretty much every band we Iike more than once. That's our vacation every summer, we go see a few concerts. Best form of therapy ever. 😎🤘✊️

I'm just happy there are still bands out there that love to rock. Bands that there music makes my 49 yr. old head bounce like I was 19. I was lucky enough to get to Party with Darrell Abbott and Vinny Paul Abbott back in the day, before they went to light . So I really have no reason to complain I just live with this hole in my heart. Although, I miss them dearly as well if not more as there other fans do. As the years go by this music becomes my therapy. Like mowing the yard with tears in your eyes in August. Thank you guys for flying that flag high.
