Motoamerica does a parade lap every year at road america, of course it’s not at the international level of notoriety (the track or the championship) but I’d say it’s one of the closest equivalents to experience. Except motoamerica just let everyone ride basically anything that wasn’t leaking oil

I would have been more worried that they put enough petrol in the tank. I had and experience where I went out and for 2 laps and half way into the second lap the bike ran out and of course it was at the back side of the track will no easy way to get back. Other to use the outer ring road that double the distance to push the bike .... oh and it was like 80F that day too.

Sorry to be negative but that was a special privilege and was largely wasted simply due to lack of preparation.

One lap isn't enough to do much, no matter how well prepared you are. Can't ride 100% on a strange bike instantly, even if you know the circuit from a game its not the same as actually being there. Not worth putting the bike at risk pushing

True but would have avoided the coasting sections and you could have enjoyed it more instead of being lost. Good awareness exposure on the channels for them but not much about the bike for us.
