LAMBRETTA STEERING BEARINGS - TAPER ROLLER BEARING KIT

If you have been watching our channel for a while now you will know that I have been having some issues with the steering on Shedtune 83. I thought it was about time to strip down the top and bottom steering bearings and see what was going on. I ordered a new set from AF and thought that I would just change them and cure the tight spot on the steering. The job its self is always a pain in the arse, it not an easy job at the best of times, in the end I fitted a set of Taffspeed taper roller bearing kit to fix the problem.

I’m four minutes in and there is a distinct air of old duffer going on, reminiscent of Gramps in the garage tinkering with the lawn mower… got a few minutes to go yet so hoping that young chap that does all the work will step up!

Alright! Another visit to the shed of dreams, or the shed of constant work for Dom! 🤣🤣 I think I'm going to use these tapered bearings in my GP200 build, since the fork is out of the frame, anyway.
