I don't think he'll be too party focus. But his worst enemies rn is injuries. The problem is not that he has a bad physicality. But because he's 17 against adults in their prime. He's Barca best player and he'll get bodied the most out of every Barca player by adults. I know there are some great players that didn't have elite physiques. But he's gonna have to strive for Ronaldo's work rate if he wants to go against adults. Even mbappe when he was young had a phenomenal physique hence why he was so fast. Yamal HAS to do that if he wants to stay at the game for years

It is difficult to say, but I'd say he is closer in dribbling to Neymar, but in decissions to Messi, yet not that safeplay as Messi. He has the direct mind and humbleness from Messi, trying to dribble directly to the space, with less aerial game than Neymar, but his way of dribbling, how he cuts of the ball, how he controls it, how far he has the ball when he dribbles... is way more similar to Neymar. Messi was a precise, fast dribbler. Neymar, an unpredictable one. Maybe he wasn't so precise, the ball wasn't so close to the foot as Messi would dribble with it, but he was way more chaotic and difficult to predict. In Messi's case, you would know what he was going to do, and he would do it anyways, cause he was faster than you, or had the ball closer, and if he predicted that he wasn't able to do that dribble, he would play safe and smart and pass backwards. In Yamal's case, even when sometimes decides to play safer than Neymar, his way of dribbling, of running with the ball, is indeed closer to Neymar than Messi. He dribbles with ball further from his foot than Messi, just like Neymar did. He does the same body feints than Neymar did, instead of the small ones Messi did. He is much more deceiving than Messi, yet a bit less precise. However, I'd say is less deceiving than Neymar, but more precise. He is a middle term between the two, and that's what makes him so special. He also adds, things of his own, is way more creative with the pass than any of the two at his age. Also, he is taller than both, which also makes him more suited to the aerial game, and he's not fully grown yet. He still has to grow in muscle and such, so we could see something with the power of Ronaldinho, and a mix of skills between Neymar and Messi. If he keeps it like this, he can get to be the next GOAT. We will see, cause there are many things that can go wrong, but I have no doubt that with this amazing start, he can get very, very far.

I think a big reason why he looks more like Neymar is simply his build. Unlike Messi who stands at 5'7, Yamal is almost 6 feet tall, this higher center of gravity certainly plays a difference in his dribbling style and skill moves.

This summer, if everything will come out good for Barca, they need to find a way to bring Alexsander Isak. Him, Raphinha and Yamal will be a deadly attack with a forward and left winger being able to switch positions between each other during long possessions, each of them being able to carry the ball by themselves and of course the speed and size(mostly Isak’s feature, sort of Henry 2.0 for Barca)

You are 💯 percent spot on. Yamal is more Neymar than Messi. Just about the only similarity he has with Messi is the fact that they both played on the right. His personality and mannerisms all scream Neymar. Unfortunately the Neymar, Ronaldinho, Yamal personality type is that they burn so bright for a while like a gas giant but fizzle out and go out in a whimper.
