Part 21: • Lance "Un" Rivera: I T...
Part 23: • Lance "Un" Rivera on B...
Part 1: • Biggie's Business Part...
--------
In this clip, Vlad asked Lance “Un” Rivera about Diddy and Biggie’s Vibe interview, which was titled “East Vs West,” which ballooned into beef on both coasts. Rivera explained that there were a lot of coincidences in the situation, and Vlad went on to speak about 2Pac’s passing. This led to Vlad asking Lance about Faith Evans speaking about her conversation with Biggie the night he got the news, and Lance went on to speak about his own conversation with Biggie. Lance revealed that he had a dream about 2Pac that he told Biggie about, which he later used in lyrics to his song, “You’re Nobody (Til Somebody Kills You).” Lance added that Biggie was distraught over 2Pac’s death because their differences were left unresolved.

Why do people not understand we don’t love Pac because of anything gangsta??? We love Pac because he had Heart no matter what side of the fence he stood on! When he shot those off duty police officers he wasn’t with Death Row so ask yourself how many rappers would risk their life and freedom to help a complete stranger just because he was a black man being treated unjustly. There will never be another Pac and there ain’t nothing y’all can EVER say to get us to not love and salute that KING 💯🫡👑

The issue is that Pac claimed to be a gangsta and a thug and a street dude. He put all those things on himself and he died for it. Right before he got killed he was stomping out a dude over something that didn't even happen to him, someone set him up and he didn't even realize it. I cannot respect Pac because he didn't stay true to himself , had he stayed in his lane as a revolutionary artist, he'd still be alive today. 💯

I've been wondering about the song You're Nobody Till Somebody Kills You, as there's a couple lines that are very coincidental... "As I leave my competition, respirator style Climb the ladder to success escalator style" Pac was on a respirator in Vegas. Add to the coincidence that Big freestyled this verse on Sway's radio show, alongside of Long Kiss Goodnight, and it adds up. People were pissed off hearing that freestyle as Big was on LA radio disrespecting Pac. He says those exact bars above on that LA radio freestyle.

What dude said about Pac's style of dressing was very inaccurate. He was paid to model in that brand. The designers came to him to flaunt their gear. And he wore it well!!!! Pac had many styles though. He was an artsy individual who could wear it all & still deliver as if the red carpet was everywhere his feet touched the land.

He had the number 1 album while in jail and I'm sorry but Biggie was never in Pac's league. Biggie didn't start selling records until after he was murdered and that's facts. I don't like how some people try to minimize 2Pac's being or evolution to: "he was an actor". Last i checked, you can't find a rapper who hasn't acted or tried to 😄. We all have various sides to us, just not on display for the world to dissect. Pac was a better rapper, brother, label mate, poet, even feminist than most at that time. Also, nobody has matured fully in their early 20s. Some who were Pac (and BIG's) age are now twice their ages and still trying to stack up.
