Thanks Lance for the awesome videos you have been putting out. Can I get your advice on how the Burkart 9K/Ag compares to the Powell 9k Aurumite after having tested both? Which version of the fusion metal do you think is better? Thank you!

I enjoy both flutes. All Burkarts are very responsive. The 9k warms up the sound in a great way. The Aurumite has a very interesting tone color with a combination of brightness and warmth. If you have the opportunity, you should get both on trial.

This case actually retails for about $450. Absolutely worth it in my opinion. It is very protective and (unlike old-style French cases) the flute is much more stable inside the case. 👍 Thanks for watching!
