AN INSIDER'S VIEW! In this land law lecture I share with you some common mistakes law students make when working out whether a property right is legal or equitable. I worked full-time as a senior lecturer at a UK university and I have marks 1000s of student exam answers! The same mistakes and misunderstandings cropped up every year.
