I know what you mean about Land Rovers getting in your blood. I had 2 Series 2A’s and a Range Rover Vogue EFI in the 80’s and 90’s. After a long break (kids, divorce etc.....) I bought a P38 in 2016 which I still have. I reckon some of us just need a Land Rover product in our lives!

I sold my last 90 around 2010 for £2000 , it was a 99 TD5 , the 90 I've just bought is a 89 and cost me £5500. Prices now are just daft. I'm glad to have a ninety again after a 10year gap , it's great to be back.

The prices are stupid, just like classic Minis. It only seems like yesterday when you couldn't give them away, quite literally in some cases. The world is nuts! Looking forward to more adventures in Nessa.

Another great video mate and although i love all of the video's this is a favourite-informative and seeing photographs of your previous Landies was great. Also the assistants are improving weekly 👌 Keep on going mate....

Nice walk round and nice to see your history of landrovers. Chap across the road from me has a defender and it looks brand new , its well kept, only found out it's from 1993, but I much prefer it's been used look.

I have a similar 1987 90. I've called it Vera. I have had the engine overhauled by a genuine Land Rover Defender specialist. Someone that I can recommend. I have also had the rear cross member replaced with a galvanised one. The bodywork is in overall good condition and not been messed with, no chequer plate, but ultimately could do with respraying. Using Shell V power diesel I seem to get about 30mpg. I can happily live with that. It drives comfortably at 50mph but I think would happily do more if it was sound proofed, just noisy at the moment.
