Did you have another pull up bar on the bottom to support the bar?

I have a pullup bar on the opposite side from where I was, which is where the hammock strap is tied. The barbell sits in a pin pipe pivot (basically a land mine) on the bottom. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for watching

Oh ok i thought the rusty bar towards the bottom was another pull up bar but I use lever arms but with chains to hold it to a stopping point but the hammock straps look so much lighter to maneuver so definitely going try these workouts
