My son and I built a nice gym in our basement. We have some decent equipment, but the ceiling is only 7' high and that limited us to for any type of overhead pressing. We set up a landmine station and it really helped. It allows us to lift overhead on an angle instead of straight up. It's a great concept.

Is there a purpose for using the multi grip bar in your landmine? Is it because you don’t use it?

Very hard to find attachments to fit my 70's one inch standard barbell. Only found 2 so far that fit 1 and 2 inch bars. (Two holes on attachment to fit both size bars). Anybody know where I can get one inch attachments? Thanks

The clean because of the angle being so different from a barbell looks really awkward? You obviously know how to execute one well so you're a good person to ask if it feels as awkward as it looks. I'm about 5'5 so I'm guessing the fixed width of the handles might be a problem for me as well. Loving the hack squat option though, something you can't do at home unless you have this setup. Those must feel really smooth.

I have a garage full of guys your size and nobody has any issues. Honestly, the clean on this is much easier to teach and perform than traditional barbell cleans

That roller stand can't support more than like 150 pounds. You should look into getting a heavy duty V roller stand. That can handle 700 plus pound.

Thanks a lot. I'm assuming you can also overhead press with the handles on the linebacker attachment....wondering how smooth that is and are they only 'hammer" grip? Cheers

Here's the deal, these attachments "OK" when you're loading the bar with 1, 2 maybe 3 plates -- Anymore than that and the attachments become extremely dangerous. The more weight you have loaded up, the less room the "sheath" of the attachments have to cover the end of the bar. This leaves us with an unstable contraption that is probably handing on by a single screw-in tightener. I have seen these sheaths come untightened by a MILIMETER and begin free-spinning. I cannot understate how dangerous this is when you are lifting heavy weight. If the sheath begins sliding off or rotating you could hurt yourself very seriously. Especially that linebacker squat attachment (from rouge I think?). I would never try that in my life, they come undone so easily and even fully tightened they free spin by design. Stick to using the landmine attachment for rows and gripping the actual bar collar (which already rotates.. why add 2 rotation sources...) for anything overhead.
