Landrover Discovery 5: How to remove the headrests

Here's a quick video of how to remove the restraints. Land Rover have a manual page available here www.ownerinfo.landrover.com/d... but its not the easiest to follow so hopefully this video helps
Note that you can do the same process for the second row seats but its much more difficult to pull down the material to see the tab.
