Soft Pastel Art Tutorial: Easy & Realistic Cliffside Landscape Study. Learn how to create stunning, atmospheric and realistic scenery artworks using soft pastels and pastel pencils with this quick and helpful tutorial, beginners welcome! I mostly draw portraits but increasingly I have found myself gravitating towards drawing / painting a relaxing and peaceful scenery view. Sometimes I just like to draw things that I'd like to look at in the real world, somewhere I wish I could transport to. I'm interested in starting to "paint" in this style, what cheap brand for beginers is recommended for the soft pastels?, i will buy carbotello for the pastel pencils.

Carbothello for pastel pencils is a great shout, and Unison Colour soft pastel sticks are a good investment, they last a long time and go a long way
