Hey Tigran!! i started watching you in 2018 when i was 18 years old due to coronavirus, i said fuck it and advertised a outdoor structures (decks, fences, pergol etc) carpentery service through social media ads. I started after the 2 month lockdown and ive managed to pick up clients and managed the consulting, quoting, and the framing myself. ive gotten my highschool friends with some woodworking experience and created a crew and so far ive picked up 20+ jobs this season. i started with just common tools and throughout each job i would invest in a tool and now i have pretty much everything i need to construct custom decks. Thank you for you’re inspiration.

Your not late man. Sacrifice everything you have, sacrifice your life. You will get what you want if you give it your all every hour of every day. I’m 20 and grew a landscape business doing 110k in sales the first 6 months. Going on my 7th month now, my mind controls my body. My body doesn’t get to tell my mind(the boss) that it doesn’t want to do it. Your mind is the boss and your body is it’s employee so boss that bitch around to do everything you want.

Yo T! I just got to say that I started fallowing you about 3 years ago. It was not till about a 1 and 1/2 ago I finally decided to take the risk quit my job and started my own landscaping company. I purchase all your programs last November on your black Friday deal. I keep watching those videos over and over again. I pretty much replicated your business model. Slowly but surely bought, my tools, VIP3D design program, my first 2500 truck, utility trailer, dump trailer, few weeks ago just got another work truck. I just got approve for a new ditch switch and honestly I been skeptical about acquiring because of the debt. But the I see your videos and my mentality changes and it motivates me to take action. Keep it up man you are defiantly making and impact in peoples life. God bless you!!

I just made a good amount of money over fall clean ups. But needed to buy and fix my trucks plows mowers and equipment to be able to get through the winter so I can do the work. But I spent all but a little bit of it and know the work just shut off a was hopeing to recover that money before snow but that's not going to happen. Yes I can do bigger better jobs come spring and this winter when I couldent before but I accidentally spend my Christmas money and money to survive the winter. Know I plan to make 2k 2500 every 3 to 6 inches. Of snow but we havent got shit out and nothing in the future. Idk what to do but hustle and im now trying to do things I dmt normally do to make that cash back. I fucked myself and spent to much but I needed to fix my shit and I still need to fix some.

I'm a 23 year old Canadian. Worked pipeline for the last 2.5 years as an operator and labourer. Took the money and bought myself a 1 ton diesel pickup, dump trailer, and financed a John Deere 35g mini-ex in May. Ever since I've been doing roughly $4000/week business. I live rural and am having a bit of difficulty getting bigger. I recently rented a tracked skidsteer to take on some slightly bigger jobs (2-3 day projects) and I hired a kid to labour. Plan to get into septic disposal fields when I get into the course.

Tigran, pretty good video. My best advice to these young men you are addressing is to not knock up your woman or choose a bad one. That's the reason a lot of these young guys aren't able to allow themselves to be successful. I'm sure they would join the GG if they weren't paying for diapers. T is right about buying equipment to get the job done too. He did a video a long while back where he spoke about a dump trailer he bought, then sold after it had served him and been damaged, and then used the money to buy a brand new dump trailer. He spent far less money doing that than he would have if he had rented equipment or outsourced the job for him. I love to see people be successful. Best wishes to everyone who reads this.

“I know I am gonna get rich I just don’t know how”. Same mentality I have man. Kind of embarrassed about this but I told myself I’d kms if I don’t make a million by 21. I’m 20 and have done about 110k in sale first 8 months in landscape business. With about 35%-40% profit. I love doing it and also can prove a point to my fam that all you need is a work ethic and motivation. I won’t stop until I have 100 million, that probably won’t even make me happy and my new goal will be a billion. Fuck money it’s never enough

I’m 33 now and have 5 kids and I’m killing myself at work for someone else, I’m ready to get out of it! I work for an excavation company I’m a foreman, and I still operate heavy equipment I still labor as hard now as I did when I was 18, my first job was landscape construction so my boss has me do random landscape jobs for the company, some commercial some residential, but I do all the work and design and everything, I’m sick of it and I’m gonna start my own company, I’m killing myself for someone else I might as well get paid better for it right??

I am 22 almost 23. About 3 years in the business. I live and operate near Sacramento, CA. I have been doing pretty good. I am going to do about 250k in sales this year which is about double of last year. My biggest issue at the moment is hiring employees and I still need to get my contractors license. I currently just have my brother working for me and he is good but we need more. I want to hire people the legit way but I can’t without a license so I am kind of stuck. I am hoping to get my license this winter. Not sure if there is a work around for hiring besides just paying your guys cash but honestly I am just so burnt out from this year that I am too tired to really look into it further. I know I will figure it out though, just gotta be patient.

Don’t be a shitty contractor and get yourself in a lawsuit. Don’t take jobs where the homeowner is sketchy and you feel like it will come down to court. Pay an accountant $150 a month to handle all tax related things for your business. Don’t pay taxes for the first 4 months, pretty much no one does.

New Sub great videos I offer yard clean up service for overgrown weeds, bushes, grass yet not bi-weekly service because I do not like to go back to a house I did already one reason is that the first time around when a property is overgrown I can charge anywhere from $250 upwards to $825 yet if I go back to maintain it I would only be getting perhaps $50 to $125 the majority of time I work solo. Another reason is that I feel trapped having to have to commit on being at a certain house or houses some days of the week while in the other hand I like the one time yard clean up because I can have any days off without having to explain to someone why I can’t show up to trim an cut their lawn.what do you think about that? Occasionally I have some one come help me when I know it’s going to take more than one day to finish.

I'm 21, am wanting to pull the trigger on a 20k dollar truck. Just completed my first year and am confident I can pay it off rather quick. Since I am currently able to fill out two weeks worth of work with one employee. Other than that the only thing that holds me back is fear of debt. Also, would a dump trailer be a smart move or the truck? Am doing all types of work. Gravel, dirt, mulch, pinestraw, brush removal, small tree work, maintenance etc. Idk man just confused.

I pulled the trigger and bought a truck and a dump this year. It depends on the work your doing. I bought too big of a truck so im selling it at a profit to buy a smaller one and im keeping the dump. But at the end of the day If I didnt pull the trigger and buy either one I wouldnt be where I am.

There is good debt and bad debt. Credit card debt is bad debt, but home loans and business loan debt is good debt if you can turn it into a successful venture.

I'm 25 years old in Tampa, Florida and I'm from California. I run a video marketing agency that's recently been taking off, we just got to work with Gary Vee and a few other big marketing agencies. Marketing and Advertising agencies are our main target where they have multiple clients that we produce video ads and content for, but we also work directly with a lot of small businesses. I watch your videos because we work with high-end/luxury home improvement businesses similar to your landscaping business, so I watch your videos to see how you run your business and market yourself so we can try to position ourselves to find businesses like yours in our area. We have a client our age (28 years old) in Orlando who owns luxury cabinet painting businesses and is doing 2 mil+ a year for the past 2 years with super low overhead and cost. I couldn't even believe it till we started working with him for a few months and saw how much he was charging. You can find us on Instagram @SaberMedia instagram.com/sabermedia/?hl=en I love how you are able to charge so much in California and find so many clients because the homes are so much more expensive there, its easier for them to justify spending 100k+ on landscaping because it raises the property value so much (and their equity on the home) it's like they spend 100K and gain 50K+ in equity instantly.

Tee Gee! Great video right here--this is very positive and motivating for the guys who will one day be in your shoes, or even on your payroll. Me, I'm just a military sergeant that builds airports for military aircraft. Every year we get new kids rolling in from every walk of life that you could never ever imagine; I give them this same type of "wisdom" that you dropped in this vid. Thanks for allocating time to make your videos!
