I definitely teared up listening to parts of Emily's video. Especially the bits where you hear her biting back tears. Shannon went to great lengths to try to destroy Emily's life. All of that time Shannon spent on the computer trying to cause as much devastation as possible, could have been used in other pursuits like getting an education or perfecting her art skills... Or finding a new hobby that she'd love... Instead she spent that time obsessing about an ex partner of her current boyfriend and trying anything she could to destroy that person. Goes to show Shannon's real character.

Yeah, I think because they couldn't get her to take down her video, they decided to upload their hit piece as revenge. They're both obsessed with her, especially because she won't back down. Instead of reflecting on their own actions, they keep lashing out at anyone that calls them out. And with Shannon, the person doesn't even have to call them out. They just have to act in a way that feels threatening to her ego for her to drag them - on an anonymous site, lol.

The thing is even without using drugs, rape can be so severe you forget it. The brain can sometimes erase entire chunks of memory where you experienced trauma. I have no actual memories from before i was 15. Emily's argument made perfect sense even before she pieced together the entire puzzle, if you know how trauma works and combined with heavy opioid usage it makes sense she forgot.

We all grow as people from our 20s to our 30s. I'm a recovering heroin addict too. I've grown hugely after getting clean and then going through experiences that altered me for life, like the death of my boyfriend. I'm truly a different person, not because I'm not the person who did bad things as an addict although I was the idiot who was always nice and taken advantage of but still shoplifted all the time because to me stores weren't victims like stealing from people. I'm a different person because of losing the most precious person in my world. Some pain changes you, that was pain that changed me and thankfully it did not cause me to relapse (although I'm using edibles no hard drugs) thankfully my amazing friend referred me today to a therapist who hopefully will help. Shannon is disturbing. It's scary and she needs law enforcement to look into her. She could easily turn dangerous. I'd rather be a "junkie" than a life destroying stalker any day of the week

my experience is nowhere near the same as emily's, but I can understand what it's like being put on multiple different psychiatric medications and just "losing" yourself, in a sense. i was in the same boat as her (as an adult however, NOT a child) where I was going through different psychiatric medications that would work and then it'd put me in a position where I was stagnating/getting worse and then i'd go on another and the cycle continues. for a solid year and a half to two years I didn't feel like myself and did many outlandish things that normally I wouldn't do in the right frame of mind. for shannon to use emily's past history with psychiatric medications against her (all the while claiming she was nEvEr An AdDiCt when she knew anthony) is so fucking low.

Emily confirms this because Shannon tries to say it was camming in order to claim it wasn't possible due to timeline... but Emily didn't say it was a camming video. She said it was a compromising one. Considering there are 20 whole minutes dedicated to covering the misogynistic responses to the bathtub video in Shannon's hit piece, I can honestly see how that would be the one she and Anthony used to get her fired.

Turns out that's a myth, the 6 month rule. Many people have kept their ad revenue with more than a year between video releases. I think they released the video as revenge, because Emily didn't take down her videos after the lawyer sent a cease-and-desist. There's a lot of embarrassing, personal info in there, and I think they thought they could get her cancelled. Problem is, they proved all of Emily's story by doing so. I don't doubt they'll come for her in whatever way they think will work, which is scary. I think because Shannon has burned her online presence to the ground, they're gonna try things in the real world. Their obsession knows no bounds, and they don't seem to be able to self-reflect and see their part in all of this.

I wouldn’t speak too soon on this being the last time. Shannon will probably come back a couple months. It’s evident that creepshow only returned for add revenue. See when KZbin installs adds into your videos, some of that money that the adds make don’t all just go to KZbin, it also goes to the channel the video airs on. But when you walk away from your channel and don’t upload (don’t take my word on it) for like 7 to 8 months I think, KZbin will give you a dead line to upload or they are taking the adds away, thus stopping you from receiving more money. There is no doubt that KZbin sent Shannon that message and she saw it and pounced on it. If and when KZbin sends that message to Shannon again, there is not doubt in my mind that Shannon may act on it again.
