Sir for salary people bank take last 3 month salary slip... So be a credit analyst which salary i am going to consider ??? Last one???? Because each and every months in salary slip there is an variations... Mostly seen in PSU jober or an army individuals....

You need to check reason for variation.. if the variation is due to bonus or commission which is not fixed then same should not be considered part of salary
