Yes sir, Same thing Happened with me A Tractor is already Hypothecated with Yearly emi of 1 Lac but Our bank consider tractor income 1.5Lac / Tractor. But accordingly policy ..If we r considering income of any thing.. there shoud not be any liability/Lien over it. And we Deny sales to consider Income & Considering is in Obligation. But later on with sales dispute & Policy tie up .. they made a F&Q to Add Income & Obligation at same time. 😄😄

Home loan is home loan.. it is not LAP.. LAP is general loan which is emi based whose end use can be anything..under home loan end use is always related to housing purchase or construction
