My Dell gave me a warning about over heating last time, despite being in a cool room... after that, the lap top only turns on to dell logo and won't move past. F12 doesn't work. Also, it will only show power if plugged in. The moment you unplug, it shuts down.. plug back in... turns on to dell logo screen again....

Frist open your laptop backside then there will be 2 cards open the top card then rub the card upper side with eraser then fit it back and done.

Remove the RAM and clean the RAM teeth’s and plug-in again and check. Remove the battery and power cable .. hold the power button For sometime to discharge the existing power . And plug-in the power and start .. it should work pls update me ..

@@treysmith7285 chargers is working that’s the reson when u hook power supply it’s working directly from power supply.. battery may cell week so it’s not charging.. change the battery and check .. sometime battery will be correct but it will not get charge from adaptor .. this is the case it’s show notification like battery is not charging..
