Nest time preheat the PCB. Seems like the GND is taking all the heat. Also makes it possible to solder from just one side, who is the best (and right way) way to solder on TH components.

When you say preheat the PCB, do you mean to just put it on a bottom heater? I do have one, not sure why I didn't use it. I should have.
