Hi Diecaster D, I think those augers in mills are not uniform, the width of the groove gets smaller or larger as you get closer to the grinding disks. I think this is to push the grain in better. I have a grain mill similar quality to the meat mincer you showed in the video. it is very slow to use. But it gets there in the end. Same as my coffee mill, slow, The coffee mill has a cone for grinding instead of two plates. Both of my devices need a small motor.
