I can deal with different power levels on a team, as long as the plot respects the difference. In Falcon & the Winter Soldier, half were super soldiers and half weren't. But good luck telling which was which based on the fight scenes.

If someone was consistently punching hard enough to break concrete, no non-serum person would survive it. Certainly that show wasn't the only time Marvel has had a very flexible definition of hero strength. But when the whole plot is about what great soldiers they are, seeing one get knocked down from non-serum Cap's shield is rather silly.
