Larry and Isla were a great double act. No such shows now on TV - you have to come on KZbin now. Sadly TV now is rubbish. Thanks to all the KZbinrs for capturing the best days on TV.

I was 11 in 1979. I had just started comprehensive school. The previous year, we we t to LA on Freddy Laker's Skytrain for £125 return... the New York customs confiscated by ham sandwiches. I'm now 56 and still enjoy ham sandwiches. 😂

Obviously my wife Jane and I were a lot older than that. We had been married about 7years earlier (the show was recorde early in November 1979 and broadcast 2 weeks later. Jane and her fater were treated very well and looked after by Isla and Larry.
