You can tell it was a big regret for him. If he'd been able to control things he could well have been the next Jack Brabham, he was obviously fast enough. Such a fast driver and excellent and lateral-thinking engineer.

I’d have loved to see Larry run an F1 team, or solve the reliability issues in the teams he was in. Would have been great to see how he could have gotten around the reliability to build a stronger car!

I will Larry is a legend he tops Brooke don’t get me wrong brocky was a good driver But Larry Was a brilliant engineer knew how to work a car he didn’t have the backing of the big teams and pulled off six wins just a legend so humble

Never Met Larrikin Larry Perkins . My Gr8 Misfortune 👍 👌 If there was one Driver in V8 Super Cars 🚗 that l would like 2 meet , then Larry would be @ the Top of the List all day & every day. One of the true gentlemen in 🇦🇺 🪃 Australian Motor Sport . Gr8 shame that Larry couldn't find a Backer in F1 . Obviously Bernie Eccelstone thought highly of him as he doesn't suffer fools .
