You know Larry, I've enjoyed many of your videos and realise that you are a talented teacher because you explain and demonstrate the right way and the common faults to avoid. I'm now committed to your teaching (as I think yours is the most comprehensive and detailed tuition available) and hope to enjoy better golf over time. Hopefully not too much time!!

Great explanation about something I have been working on for the last few weeks. I have two questions: 1. My bad shot is definitely a pull left. Is this a function of losing the connection between arms and chest so that, as you put it, the arms outrace the body? 2. Could you do the same video but with the driver so that I can see how to get the correct sequence yet at the same time hit up on the ball. I am a bit confused about that

can we get an updated video of this? or a pt. 2?

My coach hates the word rotation with a passion. He helps me how to use my feet and legs correctly which then helps me turn correctly. Any thoughts on that?

So, when done correctly what is the real benefit? Better strike, distance?

Is this more of a feel vs. real thing? Im finding it hard not to send my arms ahead of my torso as I hit the ball.

Nice video! So if ball is going left, I am not in sync & upper is faster than lower and I need them to be the same timing? Or upper slightly behind lower?
@LarryCheungGolf2 жыл бұрын
hard to say, if ball is going left means clubface pointing left, so you need to figure out how to get the clubface pointing less left at impact, but tough to answer your question without seeing video =)

I’m not sure what this is supposed to do for for your shots. Watching Larry, it appears to keep the club head on the target line for longer. Looks like a way to produce straight shots.

How is this type of exit going to influence the type of ball flight? High? low? draw? fade?
@mrjamesgrimes4 жыл бұрын
It’s meant to zero out your numbers but I wouldn’t focus on this if you’re trying to hit push draws
@buddymaxwell68814 жыл бұрын
@@mrjamesgrimes Not trying to hit any particular shot shape. I tend to just hit the ball fairly straight, not much sidespin. I asked because Rory said he liked the "Tour Striker Planemate" because of how it controlled his exit from his swing and he seems to hit a draw for the most part.

It doesn’t.... it all depends on what you want.

How can you not hit low screamers with this? If I keep forward bend through impact (low lead shoulder) that's all I can hit.

then this video may not apply to you =)

How can I hit a draw shot with this technique?
@spakuloid4 жыл бұрын
So basically just drag your lead arm around your rotating torso with a severely bowed wrist.

Every time I try this way of swinging I shank the ball or it goes low left

@@LarryCheungGolf Lol ok… I was hoping for a tip or drill. Are you not a coach? Anyway, I guess I’ll move on lol.

Great video but if I can give my honest advice as a supporter! You said a lot in a few minutes and kinda don’t know what to take from the video ..

Is it possible to hit a draw with this feeling? It's useful for me if I want to play a fade. But hoping I can use this to help with my attack angle, but still play a draw. @larrycheunggolf
@LarryCheungGolf3 ай бұрын
this alone has no bearing over hit a draw and fade, you can hit any ball flight following through like this as long as how you move into the ball allows for it =)
