I get the whole body building scene and why some want the “look”, but I think the current obsession with it has gotten out of hand. Every young person that is contemplating steroids or on steroids should view this video. It perfectly demonstrates that strength and bulk are not mutually exclusive to each other. If you want to be healthy and flexible in your old age, Anatoly has the right approach. They have now found that we have three aging points where our body experiences significant change - mid 40’s, 60 and 75. I’m in my 60’s and can concur that mid 40’s and 60 was when I felt the most change physically. I’ve also learned that maintaining muscle and body flexibility is absolutely critical to reducing joint and muscle pain that is inevitable for all of us.

In bodybuilding and weightlifting, proper form when using a barbell is essential for maximizing results and preventing injuries. Excessive barbell swaying often indicates that the weight is too heavy for the lifter to control. This lack of stability not only compromises muscle growth but also places strain on joints and tendons, raising the risk of injuries, especially in the lower back, shoulders, and knees. In bodybuilding, technique is everything. Instead of lifting more weight than can be handled, it’s better to focus on form, with slow and controlled execution. Reducing sway and concentrating on core stability and muscle contraction results in better muscle activation and greater gains over time.

Larry has made tremendous progress on his overall physique. He is looking rounder, fuller, bigger and conditioned at his weight than he was back then and i would say that he looks bigger at 265 than he did at his former 285 lbs weight. Anatole is one hell of a freak of nature; fast twitch muscles all day on this kid. Even coach Benson has an insane physique and strong arms. I know Ryan is getting older and he might be past his best but he is stil strong despite injuries.I'm 53 was still benching high 350's until i had a recentwork accident(torn tricep, bone break as well as tendon torn at 1 5 cm. Underwent surgery 3 months ago. I used to max 455 lbs at 33 years old and also benched 405 lbs in 2020 at age almost 50 at 210 lbs bw(not many has done this at my age) . I've recently got hurt with a tricep tear and elbow break plus shoulder surgery the year prior and my Supraspinatus is still detached. So i know how Ryan feels losing strength. Great video as always.

Did you know that you can go to Heaven for free? This one decision can change your life and eternity forever. You've heard that Jesus Christ died and rose from the dead - it means He paid the price for your sins so you can be forgiven, saved and have a personal relationship with your Creator. All you have to do is be willing in your mind to have your life and heart changed, believe in your heart that Jesus rose from the dead and follow/seek Him daily. Watch how the Holy Spirit moves in your life.. much love and God bless you!!

I hope you recover soon and resume doing what you love at full strength. I just have one question- why do folks use a mindlessly dumb unit of weight measure lbs when we have much more meaningful and in superior in all dimensions KGs?
@jfandjanicegrenier34024 ай бұрын
@AmanKumar-wh8tk I guess it's because it's been changed since the early 80's. It used to be in kgs back in the day then went to lbs. It's like the speed measurement; it used to be in miles many years ago in the mid 70's (im born in 1970 so I remember this) then it switched to km per hours
@AmanKumar-wh8tk4 ай бұрын
@@jfandjanicegrenier3402 lol no sir, it was a rhetorical question (apologies for that.) kg and kmph are units of metric system (developed in France), which ideally should be the only unit of measure to be followed across the globe. But, alas the Americans. Gallons, ounces, miles, pounds (lbs, british), feet, 3 baseballs, four fingers, 2 weiners and god knows what, they would use every piece of crap other than what ought to be used, I just don't know why!
