Watching el Campion do his thing in this video was WILD! He starts off with a massive 585-pound squat but doesn't even go for full range-just some serious partial reps. And the dude isn't messing around; he's got three straps on each leg, three weightlifting belts, and goes at it without any warmup. It’s surreal watching someone go completely against the usual fitness wisdom we've all heard. Plus, the guy shows up on a bike with this massive bag of gym gear, hasn't eaten all day, and still brings the intensity. Not gonna lie-his whole setup is unconventional, but El Campion is humble and surprisingly likeable attitude made this so fun to watch. Props to Larry for bringing him on!

I adore this guy. It's dangerous, it's not optimal blah blah blah but he's a hard working man who just wants to have fun doing what he wants. This is far more productive than going home and drinking 6 pack like most others do. Saw what you will but the man is authentic and thriving.

It's delusional. It's not " thriving". Lol.

It would be true if it wasn't Larry wheels channel. Do you really think, high majority of people watching his channel don't go to the gym or do any strength or athletic training? You can adore the guy anyway yes, but like you don't gotta give extreme examples to justify it

To be honest unracking and walking out 595 lbs at his body weight is very impressive. I can squat about 450lbs ass to grass but I would be way to scared to walk out almost 600 lbs and even try to squat it an inch 😂. And that 185lbs for 3 max effort reps really shows how big this guys heart is i love it

I thought my drop in energy and motivation was just part of daily life. But then I found out how much testosterone plays a key role in these things, and it made me wonder how I could support my body naturally. This book opened my eyes and made me look at my health from a new perspective
