Vitaly exemplifies the Russian mystic archetype. Not only incredibly strong, but very aware of the physiology of what's going on with the various exercises, and humble enough to understand that there's more value in sharing this information than keeping it to oneself. Insanely strong and impressive guy.

I seriously enjoyed this. It was calm, informative and just all round enjoyable. I don't watch full Larry wheels videos often, but I couldn't step away from this on

Would be nice if they would put the all-time-record besides the current attempted weight in the video, so its much easier to compare were they are in comparison to the all-time-record.

Он набирал к Чеченскому турниру, порядком 10-15кг, ещё приживается, но из-за веса сила прибавилась, а выносливость улетела.

The best way to get massive grip strength is to work in a factory welding commercial truck beds together every day. Having to lift & hold 200+lbs pieces of steel with one hand all day. Having to grip onto a piece of smooth steel that is only 1.5mm thick but weights over 200lb makes you exert far more pressure than the object weights just to move it. I used to be able to easily close a heavy grip 350 & half the guys in my department could as well. There a ton of people who work manual labor jobs that could make these strong lifters look weak in grip strength and other practical strength tests.

Wow. Dave has a match on his hands here, literally. My prediction is Vitaly for the win but that it will be closer than with Levan. I really hope to see Devon pull Vitaly one day too.

Well he probably won't be able to roll Vitaly, and chances are he won't be able to slip either. Those 2 things are why he easily lost to Levan. Even if he fixes his endurance issue its gonna be tough.

@@hemmydall Hopefully Dave's super side pressure will be enough for him to create a lane. Vitaly is looking stronger than I remember him looking against Levan though so that's even gonna be an issue for Dave too. Fingers crossed for the west!
