The best way to get massive grip strength is to work in a factory welding commercial truck beds together every day. Having to lift & hold 200+lbs pieces of steel with one hand all day. Having to grip onto a piece of smooth steel that is only 1.5mm thick but weights over 200lb makes you exert far more pressure than the object weights just to move it. I used to be able to easily close a heavy grip 350 & half the guys in my department could as well. There a ton of people who work manual labor jobs that could make these strong lifters look weak in grip strength and other practical strength tests.

Larry..your 100% effort with hand grip ..you look very relaxed..you need to use everything..Vitaly’s entire arm shakes and he can’t stand still he uses everything. I see you 100% effort on most things you do…but for some reason this did not look the same.. Still a P.R ..still an amazing, shocking good result..love what your doing.

Having a 6'8" Russian truck driver shouting extending my arm like that would be enough for me to just call the local hospital and tell them to prepare a cast.

Great video! Vitaly is going to be very tough to beat. Hopefully Dave is maxed out in size and strength for this match.

I think vitaly can make a human head explode only using his own hands 🤯

Levan's fingers are too large in circumference to wrap around the small grip bars, I think he needs a modified gripper to get an accurate reading. When he closes his hand, he fights against his own tissue.

Larry I would still invest in grippers . Just because that works for Laletin it doesn’t mean it is the fastest way to get strong grip and measurement on one dynamometer . And not just grippers , but look into Gripsport, it’s as exciting as arm wrestling can be , just lifting heavy things from the floor one handed with challenging grips .

Vitaly is a great AW. Humble and calm all the time. He also has a lot of stories on his long drives (truck.) I'd like to see him pull Devon (i know most likely Devon will lose). Come 2023, I'd also like to see him pull Ermes, Alex and of course - Levan, again.
