Whether you can commit to 6 days a week, 3 days a week, or something in between, it's important to simply commit to it and establish a weekly rhythm. Happy to hear you so inspired.

When practicing Ashtanga yoga all students start with Primary Series. Building a solid foundation is of most importance, and takes time, as well as, patience. Best of luck. Learning "tricks" or asanas aren't the goal, simply practicing is . . .

Hello, I'm your old fan. I have a question while watching the video. Is it right to move your right foot first when you go forward, and move your left foot first when you come back? Or does it matter if I move my right foot first when I come back?

Yes, it should be forward with the right foot and backward with the right foot. Somethings have changed over the years.

Wow it so inspiring to see you on many levels, need to see you on the cover of a yoga mag. Do you teach? But glad to have found your videos. I feel a little less odd now. I think Ms Lagura is doing advanced poses in her Intermediate series. She makes it look as easy as a piece of case so for her of course these poses are intermediate 😅😅😅
