One of the nicest homes featured on this channel. I can see myself living there. It’s very beautiful, has a great layout and is the right size. I loved the dining area (gorgeous chandelier), the kitchen, the master bedroom (the lights near the bed area are very pretty) and the dark wood flooring. The backyard is also very pretty (looked private too).

Wow!!!!! These builders/developers must follow each other, way to closely. First view and you stated its in thevNorth/West area, wow, just knew you were talking Pinnacle builders. Luv the lot size!!!!! The house is great, the price, questionable, a lot of money needed for reworking, floors, $$, etc.. Overall, good viewing!!!! Still viewing and still learning!!!! Beautiful home. Lots of thought went into the configuration for entertainment. However, the shiny floor in the bathroom and laundry room look dangerously slippery and scary as hell if water hits it.

I love this home. Almost everything. I would just make the cabinets white to create some contrast with those beautiful dark floors. Dark floors like that are my fav, I have no issue cleaning them everyday. I have light grey wood floors and I clean those everyday regardless! Lol thank you for the video

Yeah Chakits I would have wrapped the wall all the wat up at the fireplace . Agreed on the low shower door . Kitchen is really nice but I might want another oven below the cook top . The huge closet in the back of the master bath would have to give up space for another toilet . lol I LIKE that back yard and pool .

I would definitely buy this property, beautiful home. Brown is one of my lease favourites colour. I do agree that shower door is far too low and I would charge that front door, in my opinion it doesn't compliment the rest of the home. Thank you Chakits stay blessed

@@vandalov777 likely the reason is people moving out of Cali. This is above average build quality for Cali new homes. And people moving out of Cali likely want a new home. At least many of us Asians do. And Asian people like dark flooring. Many of us probably living in 20+ year old homes and for $1m in Cali for a new build you get a 4 story town home with no backyard. So since they want new homes, builder can replicate Cali build style but in Vegas 18:30 he makes a good point. Many of the cabinets here are full plywood or mdf cheap stuff.

Fourth time watching this video and for SURE in my top 5 Top 3 maybe. Although EVERY Kitchen should have two dishwashers and two Ovens . Also every master bath should have two toilets and maybe at least 1 Bide . A major point for me is NOT having neighbors that can easily see into the back yard .

The people who spec the house knew what they where doing. Example : The the electrical socket in the master water closet was put there in case they or future owners decided to install a smart toilet/bidet which are found in the majority of high end homes now.

I love this house! I wish I could win the lottery cause I would buy this. I can’t believe it’s not over a million. I love the tile n the bathrooms and I the love color brown. So I love the cabinets, flooring and countertops. Would just upgrade the closets. Then since I have no kids, I would put a basketball court where the jungle gym is. Then make the dog run bigger.

Good value overall. Only negatives were the flooring throughout. Also the masters baths shower was a big disappointment. Great video, love the contemporary and desert modern ranch homes. Large lot and fully landscape with pool is also a big plus.

Love the house. Love the floors. I’d get a Roomba. Easy peasy. But! I agree about the brown. Not my fave. Kitchen counter color is NOT my taste.i also like the fireplace, as is. Tiling whole fireplace might be too dark with floors, and dark cabinets. LOVE THE POOL!

Why do homeowners in Las Vegas only stay in their homes 5 to 7 years.? Why do they sell and where do they go? I don’t like the dark floors nor the two islands. Not a fan of that wall texture. Thanks for the videos.

It's not just in Las Vegas. According to the US Census, homeowners across the US move on average every 5-7 years. We don't buy the farm, work there all our lives and die there anymore. Our jobs change much more often, and therefore, so do our homes. And because mortgages are so front end loaded with interest, homeowners lose a lot of money to interest instead of building equity, and repeat that cycle every 5-7 years as well.
