dude not all teams do what he says.. The pats played every game and changed their game plan to match up against the others teams weaknesses, most do not. For example the rams had the worst run defense, but when we played them we did not run the ball at all. So pay attention.

Hondo, do you really think that Brady will have hire/fire authority for any other area other than the offence, and only certain parts of the offence? Do you think he is in any position to make judgments on potential Offensive Linemen? To be able to judge a college Offensive Linemen based on hand skills, and footwork? Because I do not. I think he does know the QB position in every imaginable way. I don't think he knows how to judge linebackers, defensive linemen, the ticket takers, the food/drink vendors, ushers or PR people. I don't like Brady, but respect him as a player and will take your word for the type of human being/man he is, because I haven't met him, so I have no way of disputing that. And while, for all intents and purposes, he wrote the book on QB play in the modern era, it is giving him a bit, or a lot, of credit for knowledge that he plainly doesn't have as mentioned above. Like I said, I respect Brady, for what he is. His 7 Superbowl rings however don't give him magical insight into every aspect of football and how it is played. Not only doesn't he have that insight, nobody else does, either, so please tone down the hyperbole. On top of which, if he actually is around at all. He is currently on the hook for a 10 years contract with FOX. Until he can actually find a way out of that contract, his kids graduate, and is willing to walk away from $37M/year, as much as you want to believe that he will have the loudest voice, I don't think he will. He will carry a massive amount of weight when it comes to drafting and developing a QB, and probably a pretty loud voice as well when it comes to the offensive schemes, but the rest of the team will be in the hands of people who know the OL, defensive and specialty team sides of the team far better than Brady. And in any case, I would think the Raiders would also want to hear what Drew Stanton and other qualified people are saying about any potential QBs for the Raiders, either from the college ranks or already established QBs that may be available.
